DATA PROCESSING FOR INFORMATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and other legislation in force on the protection of personal data, as well as Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce regarding advertising by email, we request your express consent to include your personal data in processing for which Grupo de Desarrollo Empresarial I mas D mas i, S.L., with tax ID (NIF) B63370449, is the data controller.
The purpose of the processing is to send informational and commercial communications with news about the consulting services it provides.
The legal basis for the processing is the controller’s legitimate interest in processing data for marketing purposes and the consent you give us.

You may at any time request access to, rectification and erasure of your personal data, as well as object to its processing.
